OPINARI Terms of Service

Welcome to OPINARI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online platform that provides live streaming advertising technology and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Under-report the CPM dollar value amount that an advertiser is paying your agency for a specific campaign being run on the service.
  • Violate any applicable laws or rights of others.
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Use the Service to send spam, malware, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We may remove content that violates these rules and suspend or terminate accounts that breach them.

4. Content Rights & License

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload (“User Content”), subject to the licenses you grant below.

License to Us: By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, and distribute that User Content to provide, promote, and improve the Service.

Platform Content: All content and software provided by the Service (excluding your User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with, or contain links to, third-party services. Your interactions with these services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction there.
